This well designed tool comes in the same widths as the available AAC products, anything from 2” to 14". The notched teeth ensure even mortar distribution every time. T he trowel hooks on the side of a bucket so it doesn’t fall in and get the handle messy.

The regular trowels are galvanized to prevent rust and have square notched teeth.

The jumbo trowels are painted yellow and have pointed teeth. They can hold enough mortar to cover a jumbo block in one scoop. These are the official trowels of Xella, Hebel and Ytong.

The notched bucket trowel (above) is designed specifically for AAC installation, but many traditional masons prefer more familiar tools. This notched flat trowel is of a more traditional style for those applications. It is 7" long and 5" wide.
