Tungsten carbide tipped reciprocating saw blades
This blade is specially designed to cut AAC. Not only does it incorporate tungsten carbide teeth to prevent dulling, but the way that the teeth are applied is special as well. Years of research and experience have resulted in optimal tooth spacing, pitch, and design. These blades will outlast many dozens of conventional blades. The 2" height of the blade makes it rigid so that there is less warping within the wall than with conventional blades. These blades are so tough they can even cut through hard blocks such as bricks and CMU's.

Carbide super-spade drill bit
AC4
AC2
These series of interchangeable drilling components are made extremely tough.

The AC4 have tungsten carbide teeth, with a pilot bit to keep them centered in the hole. They are available with a 3” or 4” head and with either hex or SDS shank. They are long enough to drill through a 12” block. There is also a box cutter for opening the 4” round hole into a square 2 gang box outlet.

The AC2 drill bit will only work in the lightweight fly-ash blocks. They are available with an 18" extension that enables it to drill through a 24" tall jumbo block.

AAC cut-off saw blades

This awesome saw blade is coated with diamonds and is strong enough to cut through steel reinforced AAC panels. It has extra wide tooth spacing to assist in excavating the cut material. It will fit on any standard 14” cut-off saw. We recommend using a water assisted saw to keep dust down.

Diamond Tooth

AAC Diamond core drill bit

Using a core drill along with one of these core drill bits is both the fastest and easiest way to core AAC blocks on the jobsite. Since the bit only has to make a perimeter cut there is much less material to be removed than if grinding out the entire hole. The bit has diamond teeth which are strong enough to cut through steel reinforcing in lintels and panels. The teeth will last indefinitely in soft AAC.
The standard size is 3 ½”. They are available in various diameters and lengths. We have bits in stock that will core a 24” block.

3 1/2" x 14"
$124.99
3 1/2 " x 24"
